Hi, my name is Tracey and this is my family. My daughter, Sophie, was diagnosed with food sensitivities in 2010. Since then we have been on a food journey that has led us down an ever changing path and healthier lifestyle. When we started, we only eliminated gluten and dairy. At the time it seemed overwhelming, now the list is much longer. We cook and live with fresh ingredients and no harmful chemicals or preservatives.
We enjoy country life on our small farm (some would say petting zoo) with our rabbits, horses, cattle, dogs and cats. I hope you enjoy our journey and the recipes we create along the way!
